A thermostat is the one part of a comfort system you actually touch. A good one, set up properly, is the least expensive way to spend less on heating and cooling.

Every system we replace comes with a smart thermostat fitted and configured — not left in the box for you to work out on a Sunday.
Configured is the part that matters. A smart thermostat installed badly is a dumb thermostat with an app: wired without a common wire so it browns out in July, or with a schedule nobody edited that heats an empty house every weekday. We wire it properly, set a schedule around when you are actually home, and walk through it with whoever adjusts it most.
If you are not replacing anything, we will still fit one. It is a short visit and usually the fastest thing on this site to pay for itself.
