What an amazing experience and it started with Jenny taking my phone call and doing whatever she could to help and get a tech out to my home. Alex came the next day, confirmed that I just needed to clean my pump pan and sold me a very affordable maintenance contract. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend AAA to anyone who is looking for a reliable, friendly professional Air/Heating company.

Everyone was fantastic. It all started with speaking to Samantha, so pleasant and courteous. Then Chuck came out to measure and find the perfect unit for our needs, very professional and accommodating. The installation was great, Carl and Hunter did an excellent job in the 100 degree heat. Roland came out the next day to inspect the work, friendly and patient with answers to all our questions. A truly professional team. Would recommend AAA to anyone.

I just wanted to let everyone know that Shannon was probably the best person I have ever seen in the field. Most first time techs to a customer given estimates seems like a salesperson. Shannon came in and evaluated the situation and gave down to earth explanations with transparency on pricing every step of the way. He was not pushy and had high esteem about the team behind him. I like that he didn't make it self-centered and that this company is a family/team with their customer's best interests in mind. This is rare in 2026, so thank you all with a special nod to Shannon!

We had Sammy come out and do our consultation and give us an estimate. He was incredibly honest, kind and hospitable to us and this company has been awesome from start to finish. On a tight budget we still got an incredible deal for a brand new heating and air total system. Vincent and Jarvis were our installation technicians and we are so impressed by their work and couldn't recommend them enough — so efficient and communicative and kind. The fact they made this 1905 built house have a brand new functioning hvac vent and duct and all in 1 day! This whole company and its customer service is a 10/10!!!

From the moment I went online to get a quote this has been a great experience. We needed a whole new system installed. Everything was taken care of in two days flat. I received several emails about my issue and was scheduled for help the following day. Everyone has been very informative and made me feel like they really care. AAA Heating & Air is who you need to call. You definitely will not regret it.

I am pleased beyond measure with the service that the technician performed on my unit. Alex was extremely thorough with my system and explained everything clearly and concisely. I've been with this company for quite some time, but he's the best technician! He cleaned my unit and shared pertinent information about preventative measures to keep it running much longer.

Want to say that they do a good job. Love the fact that I can have the same person to come check my heat and air every 6 months. It is a family owned business and have the best prices, excellent parts and the best warranty in the state of South Carolina. I highly recommend them over all other companies.

Charles and Robert are the best. They were professional and patient with all of our concerns. They quickly found the problem, explained it to us and then made the necessary repairs at a great price. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and AAA for any heating and air issues you may have. You won't be disappointed!

Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He even showed me some things that I wasn't aware of with my unit. I decided to plan ahead and get my unit serviced for the winter also. I'm sure everyone at AAA Heating and Air is knowledgeable and professional judging from the ease of setting up the appointment and the timely manner that Brian showed up. He was even early!

Great experience from start to finish. Extremely professional and punctual. Everything was explained in great detail throughout the entire process, and I am indeed a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs.

Excellent customer service. Ordered a mini split unit on Thursday and it was installed the next day. Their QA team member arrived on Monday three days after the install to inspect the installation and do another maintenance check on the unit. Everything is working as it should. I've decided to use AAA to perform semiannual inspections on all three of my units.

Austin came out to consult on some electrical issues I'd been having. He was thorough, explained what he found in terms I could follow, and did not try to sell me anything I did not need.
