What the price actually covers
Generator quotes are where surprise line items live, so here is what our published price includes: the generator, a 200-amp automatic transfer switch, the smart management module, a wet cell battery, fifty feet of main service wire, fifteen feet of gas piping, the ground pad, and the full installation. Natural gas or propane, your choice.
What sits outside it is the honest exception — a gas meter your utility has to upsize, a trench longer than fifty feet, or a permit fee set by your county. Those are named before we start, not discovered afterwards.
The installation is done by our own licensed electrical division. There is no third party to coordinate and one company answers for the whole job.

How the install goes

Size it
What has to stay on decides the kilowatts — whole house, or the essentials on a managed load. Guessing high costs money and guessing low costs you the thing you bought it for.

Site it
Placement has to satisfy clearance from windows and openings, gas supply, and the noise it makes at the neighbour's fence. We walk it with you.

Permit and gas
We pull the permit and coordinate with the gas utility. If the meter needs upsizing, you hear it here rather than on install day.

Install
Pad set, unit landed, transfer switch tied into the panel, gas run and pressure tested, and the whole thing inspected.

Commission
Live outage test, exercise schedule set, Mobile Link connected to your phone, and the maintenance interval explained.
